This first presentation marks the beginning of Block 1 of the Lesokoana Senior Managers Coaching Programme. In this session, we set the foundation for the journey ahead—introducing the purpose of the programme, aligning on shared goals, and exploring what coaching and mentoring can unlock for leaders navigating complexity and change. It’s an opportunity to reflect, connect, and begin shaping your personal and professional growth path with intention.
