Welcome to the Lesokoana Coaching programme

Rooted in coaching and mentoring principles, the Lesokoana Programme aims to equip leaders with the tools to thrive in an ever-evolving environment by enhancing personal and professional growth, fostering team trust, and driving performance. Participants will explore models such as GROW, FUEL, and the proprietary B.A.T.O.N. and LEG frameworks to sharpen their leadership capabilities, manage stress and workload, and build a culture of delegation, innovation, and resilience. RSL Block 1

This first presentation marks the beginning of Block 1 of the Lesokoana Senior Managers Coaching Programme.
