Facilitation Principle

 

As a facilitator, your role is to seed the room with possibility. Encourage participants to suspend realism temporarily and allow playful, expansive imagination. Protect the generative space from premature judgment. Then guide the group to refine their “what ifs” into actionable opportunities.
