Facilitation Principle

 

As a facilitator, your role is to design for rewiring. Don’t just share concepts — create experiences. Help participants step outside comfort zones, try new behaviours, and reflect on what shifts. When people leave a session not only with new ideas but with new neural connections, real transformation begins.
