Challenge

As Botswana looked to expand its creative industries, it needed more than technical skill-building. It needed to ignite a sense of self-worth, connection, and leadership in the next generation of creative professionals.

The Botswana Ignite Programme aimed to do just that. With Alchemy Inspiration brought in to shape the psychological and personal foundation of the cohorts.

Our Approach

In partnership with Henley Business School Africa and GIBS, Alchemy Inspiration helped design and deliver two award-winning executive programmes: unTAP and Acceleration.

As Programme Directors and Coaches, we ensured these leadership journeys were not about surface-level innovation but rooted in creative confidence, co-creation, and inner transformation.

We facilitated:

  • Cross-functional leadership intensives

  • Design thinking challenges

  • Personal mastery and coaching labs

  • Cultural exchange sessions across borders

  • Deep reflection on purpose, power, and legacy

​

Sessions were infused with play, storytelling, and rigorous inquiry, helping leaders shift from analytical to imaginative thinking.

Post Production in Process

The Shift

From the very first sessions, participants expressed surprise at how emotionally connected, supported, and empowered they felt. Many arrived uncertain and left with clarity and purpose—not only for their careers, but for who they wanted to be in the world.

The psychological safety and community formed in those first sessions became the foundation for lifelong collaborations and creative partnerships.
