Challenge
Small and medium-sized businesses form the backbone of African economies but many lack the support structures to thrive within large corporate supply chains. CCBA needed a programme that would genuinely empower SMMEs across the continent, not just with information, but with transformation.
They turned to Alchemy Inspiration to help reimagine enterprise development.

Our Approach
We partnered with CCBA to design and deliver a Postgraduate Diploma Programme that was as challenging as it was relevant. Each module was experiential, reflective, and practical—embedding creativity, digital fluency, systems thinking, and contextual awareness into every learning journey.
Our approach acknowledged that business is never just business—it’s rooted in politics, economics, psychology, and community. We helped participants link their strategies to the broader systems they operate in.
Sessions focused on:
-
Self-leadership & creative confidence
-
Strategic clarity and innovation
-
Digital transformation
-
Systemic problem-solving within African markets

The Shift
Participants reported major mindset shifts—from survivalist thinking to strategic foresight. Many redesigned their business models to become more resilient and adaptive. Others initiated partnerships and value chains aligned to community and sustainability.
